Phenyl silicone fluids are phenyl-modified silicone ingredients designed for personal care and cosmetic formulations requiring enhanced gloss, optical clarity, spreadability, oil compatibility, and a smooth, non-sticky after-feel.

The introduction of phenyl groups increases the refractive index of the silicone structure and provides performance characteristics that differ from conventional dimethicone fluids. Depending on the selected INCI and viscosity, these fluids can support high-gloss finishes, pigment and UV-filter dispersion, powder wetting, sensory modification, film formation, and water-resistant formulation properties.
